Evermore Senior Living Presents at Environments for Aging Conference

Evermore Senior Living was part of a 3-person panel at the 2020 virtual Environments for Aging conference.  We were joined by Jane Rohde, Principal at JSR Associates (our architect) and Michelle Pinkowski, Attorney at Pinkowski Law & Policy Group.

Our presentation was titled “Residential Meets Assisted Living”.  We covered the following topics:

• Understanding the growth of the residential assisted living market
• The de-institutionalization of traditional assisted living facility designs
• Preparing for potential design changes from the Facility Guidelines Institute’s (FGI) Guideline
• Designing a balance between daily life, safety and risk management

The session was very well attended and the attendees were very engaged, as we received a lot of questions on the chat board.

We have spent the better part of 2 years forming an incredible team, including JSR Associates, to ensure we build the best residential assisted living and memory care home on the market.  The positive feedback we received during this presentation was validation that we have created something unique and special.
