Jane has 30 years of experience in the senior living marketplace and utilizes an evidence based design approach to create a design framework for projects.

Jane was the primary writer and editor of the Facility Guidelines Institute’s 2014 Guidelines for Design and Construction of Residential Health, Care and Support Facilities; a design guideline that is adopted by states for licensing requirements of all types of senior living settings that are part of the continuum of care. As one of the tri-chairs of the 2018 cycle, the Guidelines have been updated to include additional facility types
